Organic living

"Eating organic, as those who do so on a regular basis will confirm, is not only about buying foods grown without certain chemicals and additives, it's a holistic approach to living.

"You can't eat organic apples and be bad to your mother or support violent cartoons. It's a whole approach that has to be practical and complete," said Kamal Mouzawak, one of the founders of the market."

I wont say anything about Souk el Tayeb here, as I am a co-founder and therefore biased. It has its limitations, but its is really a great place. Read the article, and I will link the blog to the newsletter as soon as I get the link.
